At Imperial, we strive for sartorial perfection, but if your purchase is not a perfect fit, we offer complimentary returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the garment in its original Imperial box and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your return quickly.

Affix the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
